About

A Bit About Me:
I admit to being fifty plus years young and enjoy seeing the brighter side of life. I live in a small village in Northamptonshire although I grew up in the Westcountry.

My passion in life - horses - took me across the Kubuchi desert in Inner Mongolia on a camel to raise funds for 'The Working Horse Trust'. This really spurred my photography on as I sold my images by turning them into greetings cards to help pay for the trip. After this and through local popular demand, I expanded into mounted/ framed prints and portrait work.

Last year my first grand-daughter was born so as you can imagine my camera has not stopped working. Her first year has reminded me just how special some of the moments we capture through a lens are. I love portrait work with both people and animals/pets.

I now regularly supply images for local companies websites eg: Dodson & Horrell Animal Feeds; Pick Arthey of Oundle; Farrington Oils; Martins Catering to name a few. Framed images are also hanging/for sale at The Kings Head at Wadenhoe, The Green Dragon at Brigstock, Poppies Cafe at Bosworths Garden centre and local galleries.

Most images are available as electronic downloads in different sizes. Some downloads are for personal use only and may not be used commercially, others can be purchased for specific commercial uses (Rights Managed) or for unlimited commercial use (Royalty Free). Please contact me if you have any questions about different licensing restrictions. The copyright for all images is retained by Sylvia Adams in all instances.

Thanks for your time,

Sylvia .
